Space is limited for our in-studio classes so we ask that you book ahead. Please call 416-500-0365 or email cecily@theyogaelement.com to reserve your space. The small class size allows us to focus individual attention on each student and ensure that everyone is practicing safely. Props such as blocks, blankets and straps are available for use at the studio. Each student is required to bring along a personal yoga mat and towel for their own comfort and convenience.
Yoga Fundamentals covers the foundational postures of the Ashtanga vinyasa sequence. This class is designed to introduce, challenge and stimulate each student who seeks to learn more about yoga and its benefits. This 75-minute class caters to all levels; whether you have never done yoga before or are looking to refine an established practice, we encourage you to start your morning saluting the sun!
Fast Flow is a multi-level class that will get you moving. Increase your heart rate, boost circulation, and break a sweat. Through breath, movement and improvisation, this class is sure to add a little espresso shot to your day! **
Restorative Flow is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and disengage from the outside world. Restorative poses can be both calming and invigorating, an ideal combination to savour before weekend guests arrive on Friday. All levels welcome.
Rhythmic Flow blends yoga and music to create a high-energy class unlike any other. See what a drum beat or soulful melody can bring to your practice. Those who have a basic understanding of Ashtanga postures will find this class to be a breath of fresh air – one not to be missed! **
Private Classes, couples sessions and customized group classes are also available both in studio and in the comfort of your home or cottage.
