Space is limited for our in-studio classes so we ask that you book ahead. Please call 416-500-0365 or email cecily@theyogaelement.com to reserve your space. The small class size allows us to focus individual attention on each student and ensure that everyone is practicing safely. Props such as blocks, blankets and straps are available for use at the studio. Each student is required to bring along a personal yoga mat and towel for their own comfort and convenience.


Private and group bookings are available both in studio and at your own home/cottage. Sessions can range from 60-90 minutes and take place anytime outside of studio hours. We're happy to come to you and teach right on the dock! Please call or email to reserve an appointment.
